Our GP Patient Survey Result Posted or Updated on 25 Jul 2024

We are really pleased to have received our results from this year’s national survey of GP patients. The survey is one of the ways we engage with patients, and we use the information it provides to help us improve the services we provide. Find out more about the all the different ways we get feedback from patients here. 

Patients reported satisfaction in higher than national rates in most areas including how easy it was to contact the practice. Overall satisfaction with the practice has increased by 5% taking it higher than national averages. There is always room for improvement, and we will be reporting back in more detail about next steps.
