Complaints or Feedback

Complaints

We hope that, if you have a problem, you will use our practice complaints procedure. We believe this will give us the best chance of putting right whatever has gone wrong. It also gives us an opportunity to improve our practice. If you feel you need to raise an issue please contact either the Practice Manager or  Dr Patrick. You will be treated fairly and not discriminated against. You will receive an acknowledgement within three working days and a full reply as soon as the complaint has been fully investigated. Copies of the Practice Complaints Procedure are also available from Reception and Leaflet (here)

We are continually trying to improve the services we offer and  are  always  happy  to  receive  comments  and suggestions. Please contact the Practice Manager or if you prefer discuss informally with the reception team who will pass on your comments.
