Test Results

Getting your test results

If your test results show that you need more tests or treatment, we will contact you.

Once a doctor has reviewed your test results, you can view them:

  • in your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App)
  • in your Anima account
  • phone us +44 114 233 2803

Questions about your results

If you want to talk to someone about your results you can ask through your Anima account, call us, or visit the practice.

Samples

Please ensure samples are in a sterile container (available from reception) and are correctly labelled with the name and date of birth of the patient together with the date they have been taken. Samples should be accompanied by a completed request form from a doctor or nurse. Please bring all samples in before 12.00pm to allow delivery to the hospital on the same day.
